How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your account, follow these steps in the Brook Health Companion app:

1. Open the app and tap “Profile” in the upper-right

2. Tap the arrow next your name

3. Tap “My Profile” at the top of the list

4. Tap “Edit” in the upper-right hand corner

5. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”

6. To proceed with account deletion, tap “Yes, delete”

Your account will be deleted.

You can also email support@brook.health with your name and the email address associated with your account and request deletion.
