Brook Names Vince King Chief Operating Officer
Veteran healthcare technology executive joins Brook to scale operations and drive nationwide expansion of its continuous care model.
SEATTLE, Aug. 24, 2026 | Brook Health, a leader in AI-powered continuous care for people living with chronic conditions, today announced the appointment of Vince King as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, King will lead the operational foundation enabling Brook to scale its continuous care model across health systems and patient populations, translating strategy into consistent execution across partner implementations, care operations, patient engagement, and revenue performance.
King brings 25 years of experience building and scaling healthcare technology companies across founder-led and investor-backed environments. His background spans care operations and clinical team leadership, patient activation and engagement, health system and provider partnerships, and revenue cycle, coding, and documentation.

Prior to joining Brook, King was Founder and Managing Partner of Align Growth Advisors, advising founders, CEOs, and investors in digital health. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Actriv Healthcare and Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at TailorMed, where he helped scale its patient financial-assistance network more than 5x in under two years. At R1 RCM, he led the integration of SCI Solutions and deployment of the company’s first digital front door at a $7.5 billion health system. Earlier, King spent 15 years at Change Healthcare, helping scale commercial revenue from $15 million to more than $1 billion.
King's operating approach starts with the value delivered to each patient and partner, building repeatable processes, KPI visibility, and cross-functional alignment that turn that value into measurable performance at scale.
