Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Remote Patient Monitoring Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in implementing and scaling our remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs across multiple health systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare program implementation, stakeholder management, and a proven track record of leading rapid organizational growth within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute implementation strategies for RPM at the health system level, ensuring integration into various clinics and specialties.
Guide multiple departments and stakeholders through the onboarding process, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure seamless adoption of RPM technologies.
Design and oversee a sustainable program specifically targeting recently hospitalized CHF patients, focusing on close monitoring to prevent readmissions.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to tailor RPM solutions that meet the specific needs of each clinic and specialty.
Manage the rapid expansion of RPM programs, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Provide regular, detailed reports to the steering committee on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in RPM technologies and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and relevance of our programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders related to RPM implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing healthcare programs at the system level, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in RPM or similar fields.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and remote monitoring technologies.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous program improvement.

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.

The pay range for this role is:
$140,000-174,000 USD per year (CT Location for Job Posting)
