Our Partner Success team is looking for a Sr. Partner Success Manager with a strong record of managing enterprise clients in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have successful experience delivering partner satisfaction, developing strong partner and consultant relationships, and retaining and growing revenue. This is a critically important role responsible for driving the success of our partners and patients, and will represent Brook Health in a sophisticated, expert, strategic manner.
Our partner relationships are dynamic and fast-paced, requiring PSMs to expertly navigate ambiguity and rapid change, deliver as expected and exceed when possible. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, strategic medical practices with a strategic and problem-solving mindset. They must be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the job done, have a working knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, be a strong team player and have strong communication and presentation skills. They will lead cross-team coordination and collaboration and oversee project management within the partner and internally. Our ideal partner success manager is comfortable working with providers, and is able to successfully implement and drive change within the provider workflow setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the partner management of a portfolio of large, complex, high value and high potential medical practices and payers.
Establish professional relationships and trusted advisor status with physicians, partner executives, and consultants.
Develop a deep understanding of partner needs & goals, and work to ensure that Brook Health and the partner have a shared definition of success.
Collaborate with other providers in the partner’s ecosystem to ensure we optimize the patient experience and the partner investment. Become a change agent with providers and drive their adoption of remote care services for their patients.
Proactively and intentionally drive partner health including utilization and value realization across Brook Health services to meet partner expectations and contractual commitments.
Create, analyze and deliver partner reports illustrating Brook Health value delivery (e.g. patient engagement, utilization, and clinical impact), demonstrating a strategic command of the partner’s experience and linking results to the partner’s key business objectives.
Partner with the Brook Health’s Marketing and Product teams to deliver and execute a robust engagement strategy.
Support business results to ensure customer renewals and accelerate expansions.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in customer success/partner success/account management in or related to the healthcare industry
Corporate experience working at a healthcare delivery organization, EHR/EMR provider, consulting firm, population health management firm, or related
Customer/partner experience: Providing services to medical practices or payers having direct interaction with providers and patients
Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where fast-paced change is the norm
Strong results orientation and track record of delivering complex projects that exceed partner expectations
Growth mindset focused on retaining partners and creating opportunities to expand beyond current services
Personal accountability; own decisions, actions, and process needed to support healthy long term partner relationships
Strong communication skills to articulate a compelling value proposition, deliver insights, and manage difficult conversations
Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights that support value delivery and value creation for partners
Comfort working at a rapid pace and with a high degree of autonomy, within a complex and changing work environment
Clinical background a plus.

Highly fluent with technology tools. Experience using Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Monday.com, Miro preferred
Willingness and ability to travel locally

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Worcester Location for Job Posting)
