Job Summary:
We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive growth and revenue generation by fostering strong relationships with healthcare partners and ensuring the success of our Remote Care. This role plays a critical part in expanding partner engagement, increasing patient activations, and maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic account management and program optimization.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, results-oriented leader with experience in healthcare partnerships, healthcare operations, and revenue growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase partner engagement, expand Remote Care utilization, and drive patient enrollments.
Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities, including optimizing partner workflows to maximize billable Remote Care services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop performance metrics, track partner success, and analyze revenue trends.
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support new partner onboarding and identify upsell opportunities.
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare partners, ensuring a seamless experience with Remote Care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff to drive program adoption.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy meetings with partners to ensure satisfaction and continuous growth.
Provide training and support to clinics on best practices for Remote Care implementation, growth, and billing.
Program Implementation & Optimization
Lead the onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring smooth program adoption and sustained engagement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as referral rates, patient activations, patient engagement, and revenue growth to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline referral processes, data management, and billing accuracy.
Ensure partners are leveraging Remote Care to its full potential, enhancing patient outcomes while maximizing financial returns.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and present performance reports and revenue impact analyses to internal leadership and partner organizations.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, insurance, and HIPAA guidelines related to Remote Care services and billing.
Work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and technology teams to continuously improve the Remote Care program.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or healthcare business development.
Proven experience driving growth and revenue in a healthcare setting, preferably in RPM or digital health.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, insurance reimbursement, and RPM billing codes.
Proficiency in CRM tools, healthcare data analytics, and performance tracking.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-value partnerships and drive measurable outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), or value-based care models.
Knowledge of healthcare technology platforms and EHR integrations.
Track record of developing scalable partner engagement strategies.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with providers and conduct on-site training.
Must be flexible to accommodate partner needs and program expansion goals.

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.

The pay range for this role is:
$90,000 plus variable compensation USD per year (Worcester Location for Job Posting)
