Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our senior leadership team. This individual will lead and scale our Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success functions, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, and expanding our impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

The CRO will report directly to the CEO and will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, R&D, Finance, and Operations to align go-to-market efforts with Brook’s broader strategy. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a strong mix of commercial acumen, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute Brook’s revenue strategy across sales, customer success, and account management to achieve ambitious growth goals.

  • Team Building & Development: Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across the commercial organization.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product leadership to align messaging, positioning, and offerings with market needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure operational alignment and a unified customer experience.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities to drive growth.

  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, measure success, and continuously optimize processes across all revenue functions.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Brook externally with customers, partners, and at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a senior revenue leader (VP, SVP, or CRO), ideally within a digital health, healthcare technology, or AI-driven services company.

  • Experience selling into health systems, primary care organizations, and payers.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling go-to-market teams and driving revenue growth in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of value-based care, remote care models, and the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%+).

  • Boston-based or open to relocation strongly preferred.

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.

The pay range for this role is:

$350,000-425,000 total compensation USD per year (Boston Location for Job Posting)
